Thompson / Sultana
Dried golden/ brown seedless grapes. These are medium to large oval berries, particularly flavoursome and soft. It can be dried as a cluster. These are one of the most popular dried fruits on the market. Ideal to eat on their own as a snack or can be used in cakes, biscuits, breads or dessert toppings.
Crimson
Red/ light purple seedless grapes, medium to large oval berry size. It has a strong flavour due to its thicker skin when dried. This stem is thick and flexible. The berry is attached firmly onto its stem, and therefore it is best to be left as a cluster bunch. Crimson is a very popular dried cluster variety in Asia.
